Each order a retailer sends moves through our systems as a single record and, where the machinery supports it, feeds production directly. That removes a retyping step, and with it the chance of a number changing on the way through.
Modern machinery handles the production steps it's good at quickly and consistently. Controlled options and production checks mean the same specification comes out the same way each time. Experienced people still handle the fabric, make the decisions and check the result.
