What we make

Everything is made to order at our factory in Thomastown, in Melbourne's north.

• Curtains, in Wave Fold and S Fold headings and in pleated headings: pinch pleat, box pleat, goblet pleat and pencil pleat.
• Curtain tracks, including angle bend, continuous bend and motorised tracks.
• Roller blinds, with motors from Rollease Acmeda, Somfy, TBS and Louvolite.

Eligible curtains can be pre trained at the factory, which sets them into their folds before they go out. We also make up curtains from fabric a retailer supplies: see customer's own fabric.

Made in Melbourne means the manufacturing we do. Fabrics, motors, hardware and components come from suppliers and have their own countries of origin.

Who we make for

Window furnishing retailers and installers. You handle the consultation, the measure, the product selection and the installation. We sit behind you as the manufacturer: we make what is on the order, and we help with the production side when something needs sorting out.

You may know a business like ours as a curtain manufacturer, a curtain workroom, a wholesale curtain supplier or a trade supplier. Here they are the same thing: we make the product, and the retailer sells and installs it.

Trade only, and where a homeowner should go

We supply retailers, not end consumers. We don't quote, measure, install for or sell to a homeowner. It's clause 2.1 of our trading terms.

Buying curtains or blinds for your own home? A window furnishing retailer is the right place to start: they measure your windows, advise on fabric, quote and install. The factory in Thomastown

The factory is at 33 Latitude Blvd, Thomastown VIC 3074. Order details, machinery, production and checking all sit in the one place.

We're open 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays. Retailers are welcome to collect finished jobs from the factory in business hours. We don't have a showroom.

In Melbourne metro we deliver curtains, tracks and roller blinds on our own van. Outside Melbourne metro we send curtains only, boxed and by courier, and regional delivery is quoted separately. Where we deliver has the detail.

How a job is made

Every job is looked at before it becomes a production instruction. Your order stays one record from start to finish and, where the machinery supports it, feeds the machinery directly, which leaves less to retype.

Every finished curtain job is scanned against its job number and checked against the order before it's packed.
