- Zero ARC on the label, and a 5V Micro USB charging port. Older 12V Acmeda battery motors are a different guide.
Work through a section in order. The response in the right column is how the motor confirms the step. If you don't get it, repeat that step rather than moving on. Stuck? Call 0436 666 687 with the model and what the motor is doing.

Work down the list before resetting anything.
- Motor — check it has power.
- Motor not in sleep mode.
- Motor in roll mode.
- Remote — check it has battery.
- Remote unlocked.
- Remote — unhide all channels.
- Remote in two way (bidirectional) mode.
- All else fails: factory reset.
