What is Group C?
Group C is a separate Speedy Blinds curtain range with its own construction rules, size limits and tolerance. A Group C curtain is Wave Fold only and made in one continuous drop with no joins, and its manufacturing estimate is three weeks rather than the five business days of the standard range.
Group C sits outside the standard range because it's built differently. That buys you a drop with no joins, and it costs you flexibility and time.
| Specification | Group C |
|---|---|
| Heading | Wave Fold only |
| Track | S20, S15 or C15 |
| Construction | Continuous drop, no joins available |
| Maximum track width | 6,000mm per panel |
| Maximum drop | 2,950mm |
| Tape spacing | 120mm only |
| Bottom hem | 80mm sheer double fold only |
| Drop tolerance | ±0.4% (±10mm per 2,500mm) |
| Manufacturing estimate | 3 weeks |
The wider tolerance isn't us being generous with ourselves. A continuous drop at that width has more fabric moving as one piece, so there's more in it to vary.
