For curtain retailers · Order tracking
Chasing your supplier for updates?
What a supplier might tell you, crossed out: “Let me chase the factory and call you back.”
What we say instead: Open the job. See where it’s up to.
In the Speedy Blinds Order app, each part of your job (curtain, track, roller blind) shows its own stage, from New to Out, and you can switch on job progress emails in your Profile.

What it costs you
- Your customer calls for an update, and you have to call someone else to get it.
- You chase the factory, wait for a call back, and pass it on second hand.
- The first you hear of a problem is when the job doesn’t turn up.

Questions retailers ask
Where do I see my job’s stage?
In the Order app. Open the job: it shows the job’s own stage, and under it a line for each part (curtain, track, roller blind, parts) with that part’s stage. They don’t always move at the same pace, so each has its own.
Can I get job progress emails?
Yes. They go to the notification address in your Profile, under Job Progress Notification, and the switch beside it turns them on or off.
Can my whole team see our jobs?
Each person can have their own login, and an Admin login sees every job for your company.
How do I report a problem with a job?
From your phone, in the Order app, with the job number and photos. It reaches us in writing, which is the first step of any claim. How claims work, including the time limits, is on our remakes page, so report it early.
Can I check stock for a job in the app?
Yes. The app checks Speedy’s and Nettex’s stock for the fabrics on a job. Stock is live, but it can move between when you check and when your job is cut.
