For curtain retailers · Your reputation
Their mistake. Your name on the job.
What a supplier might tell you, crossed out: “Just tell your customer it was a supplier delay.”
What we say instead: Checked twice before it leaves. Owned if it’s wrong.
Every Speedy Blinds job is looked at before it becomes a production instruction, and every curtain job is checked against your order before it’s packed. If we still get it wrong, our Made to Spec Guarantee puts it right, and we never sell to your customer.

What it costs you
- Your customer doesn’t know your supplier’s name. They know yours.
- One wrong job ends up in a review with your business name on it.
- You spend the next job apologising for the last one.

Your order is read back against what you sent and checked against what the fabric can do. If something doesn’t add up, you hear about it before anything is cut.
Before it leaves
A finished curtain job is scanned against its job number and checked against your order one more time, then packed.
If it’s wrong
Tell us within the claim window, with photos, and a confirmed manufacturing issue is put right under the Made to Spec Guarantee.

Questions retailers ask
What stops a wrong job reaching my customer?
Two checks. Before anything is cut, your order is read back against what you sent and checked against the price list and what the fabric can do. If something doesn’t add up, you hear about it then. Before it’s packed, a finished curtain job is scanned against its job number and checked against the order one more time.
What happens if you get my job wrong?
It’s covered by our Made to Spec Guarantee: tell us in writing, with photos or video, and if it’s a manufacturing issue, we put it right. Claims have time limits, and how a claim works is set out on our remakes and callouts page.
What if the mistake was in my measurements?
Then the Made to Spec Guarantee doesn’t cover it: it covers us making what your order says. A remake to corrected sizes is a new order.
That’s why we’d rather spend ten minutes on the phone before an order than an hour on a remake after it. Ask us about anything near a limit before you send it.
How do I try you without risking a customer?
Start with one job. There’s no application, no minimum and no contract to sign, so you can send one you know well and judge what comes back before you move anything else.

Start with one job
No application, no minimum, no contract.
Send us one job and see how it comes back. Most retailers start that way.
Tell us what you sell, where you work and what you need from a workroom. We’ll tell you plainly whether we’re the right fit, and if we’re not, we’ll say that too.
