For curtain retailers · Trade only
Is your supplier selling to your customers too?
What a supplier might tell you, crossed out: “We do trade and retail.”
What we say instead: Wholesale only. It’s in our trading terms.
Speedy Blinds supplies retailers only (clause 2.1 of our trading terms), so we never quote, measure, install for or sell to a homeowner, and a homeowner who finds us is pointed to a retailer who uses our workroom.

What it costs you
- Your customer finds your supplier online and asks them for a price.
- You quote a job, and the factory quotes your customer direct.
- You stop sending your best jobs, in case the customer ends up with them.
